Specializing in the treatment of varicose veins, Dr. Mark is a board-certified physician recognized for his contributions to the community and for his efforts to promote excellence in patient care.
Dr. Mark is proud to be a graduate in biomedical engineering from Boston University and a medical degree from the University of Guadalajara, where he received the title of “student of the year”. After completing his family medicine residency program at Columbia University, Dr. Mark specialized in radiology at Bridgeport Hospital (affiliated with Yale University). There he received specialized training in endovenous laser ablation to effectively treat people with circulatory problems, varicose veins and venous insufficiency. Later, Dr. Mark continued his advanced training in magnetic resonance, developing cardiac and vascular protocols at Stony Brook University Hospital.
